These Terms govern your use of the CafeSquad AI website, dashboard and services (“Services”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

The Services

CafeSquad AI provides marketing tools and assistance for restaurants, including website hosting, local SEO guidance, AI-assisted content drafts, campaign planning, review response drafts, email and retention tools, and reporting. AI-generated output is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy and suitability before approving or publishing it.

Approvals and publishing

We do not publish content or send messages to your customers without your approval. If you connect third-party accounts, you authorize us to act on them only as you direct, and you can revoke access at any time.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of your content, logos, photos and customer data. You grant us a license to use them only to provide the Services to you. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed for anything you upload, including email contacts.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to send unsolicited messages, post fake reviews, mislead customers, infringe others’ rights, or break any law or platform policy.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, orders or revenue.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are governed by our Billing & Cancellation Terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
